I think not resolving the healthcare issue hurt a lot and you can thank the RINOs for that, especially McLame. See Post #115. The voters may have blamed the GOP for not "resolving the healthcare issue," but I don't. Any attempt to "resolve" it only makes it worse.
Give it another two years and the same voters will be electing Republicans again.

It’s entirely up to the newly minted Dems in the House to solve anything in a way that passes. If they do, they have a fighting chance. If they don’t they are gone in 2020.
