I understand your caution though you put your words in my fingers. I just disagree that there's no way to deal with the problem. There's virtually always a viable way to deal with the problem--particularly with creativity and Holy Spirit's help.

I think in cases of federal investigations it would be viable to nail them on lying to the investigators. Don’t know that that would cover the whole problem sufficiently. It might.
