Just like the Black Panthers at the Philidelphia precinct in 2008.
I recall vividly when the Black Panthers in 1967 marched with rifles into the State Capital Building of California to protest a gun control bill.
When they went into the legislative chamber, a number of legislators ducked and took cover. Most likely inspired them to pass the bill.
It truly wasn’t about the bill, though - the leaders wanted national publicity-so they got what they wanted.
