I think the parentheses are meant to be distinctly different from the brackets.

Brackets = kill box.

I’m not entirely sure what parentheses signify, but possibly “importance” or maybe an alias, such as when people type (they) - sometimes with multiple parens. Maybe there is a difference between 1, 2, and 3 parens.

I do think that the (((Q+))) is meant to signify POTUS and to let us know that POTUS signed the VIP Anon picture.
