They were pulling this crap last election. Intimidating voters by threatening to expose their voting record. Looking up someone’s voting record is not illegal.

Looking up someone’s voting record is not illegal. That is quite true. At the same time, using that information to harass someone repeatedly is not right. Especially since they're lying about their motives.
