same for me. My air passage completely obstructs without the air pressure.
Took a few weeks to get used ro, but now can’t sleep without. Game changer too in alertness and stamina during the day.

I use one every day, but my spouse has tried numerous types of headgear and nasal apparatuses. Turns out she’s allergic to the rubber/plastic that fits against her skin.
I had the nasal pillow for years and then “zap”, it started making the inside of my nasal passage sensitive.
I got mine after my ex-wife told me I stopped breathing for long moments at night and how disappointed she was that I always started again. Been using one for about 18 years now and very happy with it. Takes a little getting used to but after that real sleep!
It has made a huge difference to me.
If I had any idea that it would have helped so much, I’d gotten one years before.
