One of my favorites was the Beatles "1-2-3-4" intro to "I Saw Her Standing There".

Here's another interesting version of that song, without that great count at the beginning, but with some famous folks singing throughout it: "I Saw Her Standing There"

And here is another (live) version by the Beatles, which, while revealing less than perfect recording quality, gives a rough idea of how they performed that song in concerts: "I Saw Her Standing There"

Interesting choice.

While not necessarily my favorite R&R tune, I have always felt it was the perfect R&R song. It has all the elements.
