This explains this issue in a way that even a liberal democrat could understand, but they only deal in fiction, hate, slur and innuendo, so it would be lost on them.
I hope that this EO proposal and the Legislation proposed by my new boyfriend Lindsey Graham comes to fruition. It is our country and it is about time we have the gonads to do what is right for the country.

under the jurisdiction is looked to mean, “subject to the laws of” so, to the leftists, once they are housed/detained on US soil...POOF! they must necessarily be citizens.
