Spices are different my friend. I can eat jalapenos and green chilis and any spice in Mexican food all day. But there is something in Chicken Shawarma that really gets my goat, no pun intended. I tried some Chicken Biryani which was so flavorful but had a similar effect on my system. Maybe it is what you are used to eating.
Jalpeno = grassing on rye grass in the back yard.
“Green chili” = just don’t know what that is. All chili starts green.
