We win milestone lawsuit against HHS for violating it’s statutory duty to study and safeguard #vaccine safety for 32 years

From the Times Herald:

1986, Ronald Reagan signed the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act into law, thereby removing financial liability of vaccine makers from injury claims, with the stipulation that biennial vaccine safety studies be made.

Recently, Robert Kennedy Jr. and Del Bigtree filed a Freedom of Information Act request to the HHS to obtain these safety studies dating back 32 years. HHS didn’t respond, which led to a lawsuit.

After a court order was filed requesting the documents, HHS responded, “The department’s search for records did not locate any records responsive to your request.”

Saw this reported on several alternative news sites. Couldn’t find anything from LSM/Fake News/Cable Fables. So searched and found RFK Jr. Tweet which mentioned Times Herald.

Still couldn’t find any court documents. Should have been ICAN vs HHS, I think. Unwarranted massive Vaccines at very early ages with multiple mixtures is not something that I ever thought was a good idea.

I already told my grand daughter to hold off on some of the vaccines till the kids were older, and RFK Jr. had done research, and only do the required ones for school.
