My kid has about $25K in college debt and should have it paid off in under 2 years.

Good major, good job, lives cheap.

I told him today to get his own car insurance and he told me how would but it would take longer to pay me off.

I told him it would be about a wash since he pays me and I pay his insurance.

For now, he’s going to pay me what his portion costs.

I will send you my list of missteps and mistakes and just plain idiotic moves made by myself between your son’s age and mine now, 50.

I’m sure you raised him to be smarter than me with his life, but the list can’t hurt :)
