Don't have sophisticated software but enlarged both your pictures. Top picture is from an earlier time. Note round sticker and rectangle Trump bumper sticker on right curling up.
Now compare to the Autozone parking lot picture today. Compare flags and lettering gaps.
I read he had to leave his mom's house and was living in his van. I think he placed some white poster type board inside the van for privacy as seen in the Autozone picture.
I hadn't confirmed, but I wonder if he over-nighted in the Autozone parking lot where he was arrested??
I think van is a 2002 Dodge B-150 low top conversion van. The two large windows on the left side and the one large window on right rear side are conversion add-ons.
The other doors and glass are bone stock oem.
Same van, two different time periods.

Thanks for the explanation, sounds correct.
The only Dodge vans I’m familiar with are the really old cargo type ones, so I’m not familiar with all the new fangled windows. :-)
