Whomever checked the CarFax was thinking well. This vehicle has been in several accidents yet is said to be in perfect condition. My guess is the owner has no Drivers Licence. He was fronted the vehicle while working for “some authority”. Being a C/I or Asset sounds like the work of the Broward County Sheriff.

Yes - totally different, two different vans, and I wonder about the windows on the sides. Is it the same van? I think I posted the back window comparison back a page or two.
There are some stickers that look solid on the outside, but are very see-through on the inside. since those stickers look professionally done, I wouldn't exclude the visibility factor. All our public transportation buses (12 of 'em!) are covered, except the door and the front windshield and the front driver's window.
