There are some stickers that look solid on the outside, but are very see-through on the inside. since those stickers look professionally done, I wouldn't exclude the visibility factor. All our public transportation buses (12 of 'em!) are covered, except the door and the front windshield and the front driver's window.

About the Visabilty / being pulled over, as devils adovcate, FL is warm and he could have that window down while driving... just sayin...
