Alternately . . . put them in some of Sheriff Arpio sp? tent cities on very meager rations until they can be bussed home much the worse for wear. In the mean time, stop all monies going to the countries involved for no AND FOR DOUBLE OR TRIPLE THE NUMBER OF MONTHS the crisis went on. And any resumption would have to be at less than half of the former levels--including the money Hispanics send home to Mexico etc.
