How far would you go when youre really craving pizza? Rickey McCray posted a viral video Tuesday that resonated with Texans, who have been dealing with plenty of flooded roads with all the recent rains. McCray told KENS 5 that Allen ordered the pizza, but the driver couldnt deliver it because County Road 330 was blocked on Tuesday due to flooding. They told the driver that they would drive to meet him and their pizza. Allen can be seen with bags over his legs, wading through water that went up past his ankles.

Hilarious but this from Austin libs who have been so very concerned for days with one of their many bike trail flooding. This morning a reporter was out AGAIN and showing a puddle of rain water lamenting how flooded it was and a jogger ran past. Ruined that live shot, LOL.
I hope they tipped that delivery guy.
Of good grief. This isn’t a Texan, but a snowflake import who is either very brave, or more likely very foolish. I mean what’s with the garbage bags.
A real Texan would have an F150. You wouldn’t even wet the rims crossing that “flood.”
What a nothing burger story. Pathetic.
Makeshift waders...good ol' American creativity!
For Beer? Perhaps.
You left out the best part.
>>>wading through water that went up past his ankles<<<
I assume the local NBC Affiliate then hired him to cover Floods and Hurricanes.
That’s a flooded road? Looks more like a puddle. And what part of Texas is this where the numnutz are still wearing baggy pants?
What if it’s pizza and beer?
This gave me a good laugh. Neither the pizza delivery guy or the person ordering was willing to drive through ankle deep water!!!
The last “water” I drove through shorted out my oxygen sensor on my Park Avenue for a few days...
Then time to get out the boat if the water is too deep to wade across.
A real Texan would have an F150. You wouldn’t even wet the rims crossing that “flood.”
Came here to say the exact same thing. Just pitiful.
Well,
It would depend on the beer?
I wouldnt step over a sleeping dog for Bud Light.
I wouldnt get out of my chair for Miller Light.
That wasnt a puddle, it was running water. No way to know how deep it really is. Could have been washed out and 10 feet deep. Guy is an utter moron.
That’s nothing. My father was an oral surgeon, and several decades ago he wired some guy’s broken jaw shut so that it could heal. He left enough space for the guy to slip in a straw, so that he could get liquid nutrition. The guy actually asked my father if he could have pizza, and Dad said, “Well, if you can get it through the straw, I don’t see any problem with that.” Sure enough, several weeks later the guy came in to get the wires removed...and Dad said, “OK, now you can have your pizza.” The guy told Dad, “Oh, no, doc - I put pizza in a blender and have been having it through the straw several times a week, just like you told me.”
Well actually you can see how deep it is because there is a depth gage showing how deep it is. Such gauges are usual paper enhances on frequently flooded arroyos just so you dont go driving your F 150 through 6 ft of water.u
Smart man.
If that SRV Statue is under more than about 1/4 in Town Lake water the commieratscumbagtreehuggergoldencheekwarbaler Tree huggers had better spend time SAVING ALL THE DOGS AND CATS AT THE ANIMAL POLICE COMPOUND (That’s Dog Catcher for those in Yorba Linda, CA) just down the street to the LEFT.
KENS 5 tv snews is out of San Antonio.
It isn’t. But they were still up in arms about their bike trail this evening on the news.
Yeah, the pound is always in the news about something. Too crowded. Some sort of damage. Whatever crisis. They’ll get them to safety. The lake has leveled off today.
