The scuttlebutt I’ve heard is that Pakistan tried to cut youtube from coming into Pakistan and somehow screwed the pooch for everyone.
Doesn’t make a lot of sense to me, unless the servers are located in Pakistan.
I don’t know how anything they do in Pakistan could affect all of YouTube worldwide. I’m no techie but that makes no sense at all to me.
