Nice recap, but's there's a fatal flaw in the underlying logic: the author fails to understand and de-construct the left's true power structure. That is, the thread only addresses the emotional reactions of true believers and useful idiots. If one were to assume that represents the full extent of leftist control, they would be sadly mistaken.

I've touched on this topic before: intelligent people should realize that deep state players are entirely agnostic with respect to globalism. They supported and promoted world government because the historical cycle at that time favored consolidation. However, now the pendulum has swung back to nationalism, and the smart money has recognized they can still realize their pursuit of wealth and power by playing the opposite side.

Right now we're still in a transitory state, where the DS is divided between fighting a rear-guard action to preserve existing investments based on the very trade agreements they authored. The true tell, which is being slowly revealed, will be the rush of repatriated capital in an attempt to leverage the new Trump environment.

I believe we can assume the war will be truly over and done once one of the major MSM outlets finally flips. Business executives only promote certain POVs because it still attracts eyeballs. When the shift is complete, and there's more money to be made selling patriotism, it will be all over for the left.

Does that mean that capital which has been looted from the US is returning (because of Trump’s trade deals, etc.)? Is that a hint that Trump could be a facet of the DS? That he is playing on the “nationalism” team? Or is that just saying that the DS recognizes Trump’s ability to swing sentiment/action toward nationalism and that they are adjusting their strategy to account for that?

Although most of the MSM is still pathetically leftist, I believe I am seeing some MSM that are not all in for the left. I see a bit of right-leaning info/sentiment. And I see a LOT of fence-straddling which looks to me like someone is being deliberately ambiguous in order to later make the claim that they were on the winning side. Or perhaps it is to keep their current masters placated while laying the groundwork for relationships with their expected future masters.
