good morning all. Having breakfast locally to do ping and a few other things. Hope it sits well. Just some poached eggs, hash browns and english muffin.. HOT water & lemon. Lucy will get one egg, some of the potatoes and the ham which is in a side to go box.

Among other things digestive distresss (underestayement word) has been my companion since the first of year. The shingles magnify it on the affected neurological damage side.

Breathing is still very labored as i know i still need blood

TO ALL!!!! Every rally day there are at least a dozen thread regulars that post queries re: location, time, links etc on Rallies

ALL THAT INFORMATION IS AT EVERY PING... I am guessing most don't even look at the ping, what is written etc... based on this regular occurrence. I am not sure what more I can do. Also Exit82 regularly posts the info and most post alternate links. Sometimes you just have to take a few minutes and go through the thread and see what has already been shared.
