Wasn’t there recently an EO that insures that NO INFORMATION from FOIA requests be withheld/redacted for ‘cause of embarrassment’ to the particular authority ?
IIRC, that is a long standing policy/law that has been often abused. There may have been something recent, but I don’t recall it.
