Monica Lewinsky announced this week that she is launching a new anti-bullying campaign by changing her Twitter name to the long list of names she has been called over the decades.
Lewinsky unveiled #DefyTheName with a new PSA as part of National Bullying Prevention Month, People magazine reported Friday.
The campaign calls for people to change their user names on social media for the month of October to the names with which they’ve been bullied.

And Monica would have been a victim of Hillary and a George Stephanopoulos type IF HER FRIEND LINDA TRIPP hadn’t saved the blue dress.
The Clinton’s were gearing up their ‘sluts and nuts’ teams to take her down AND destroy her mother in the process - saying they were mentally deranged and that Bill was ‘ministering’ to Monica because of her mental problems.
Monica still has no concept of reality. She was a victim, she was used badly by her boss - a powerful older predator and his witch wife. She was saved by Linda Tripp.

Agreed, but, she was a young lady, and the real problem is that we had the Clintons, two sexual predators enabling each other, acting in loco parentis. That is the real moral breakdown here.

Monica had a good side business selling expensive handbags for a while, but I guess that wasn’t enough for her.
She comes from a very wealthy family, so she wasn’t terribly driven to build that venture up very far.
I agree with you. When you look at Monica’s behavior in context; the large age and enormous power discrepancies, it becomes much easier to understand her.

Youth and naïvete—sexual predators can spot that combo from 100 miles away. A predator walks into a party, and bam. His heat seeking radar will lead him straight to the most vulnerable woman in the room.
When did just name calling become the definition of bullying...its not good to call anyone names but as some one who was bullied in my younger years...I believe most people get bullied at some point in child hood. I always thought that bullying was when the threat of violence and real violence inflicted by a social group. the bully was the person who organized and intimidated others to join in going after the person being bullied. that person would often get the very friends of that person to join in out of fear that they to will become a target. name calling happens when some one is bullied but calling a person a name is not bullying.
actually in a interview Linda Trip said that she knew how people ended up getting killed around the Clintons and she was concerned that Monica’s involvement with bill and the possibility of Hillary having her killed if it became a embarrassment to the presidency. because Monica was talking about it rather then keeping the affair a secret. to this day I believe that the fact that there was proof on her blue dress kept her from becoming one of the Clinton body count.

The far greater wrong was by the much older, very high-status male who ruthlessly exploited her.
He was not removed. He is still esteemed. He is a multi-millionaire with international influence. His vicious enabler, his legal wife, was embraced by a national party for the presidency.
