“I don’t know if it’s true or not,”

Please note. I am not condemning her for being coached, prepped and and aided before the interview. It is part of the legal game. I would expect nothing less. It would not surprise me if the somewhat frumpy dress, the oversized glasses, the rumpled hair, the plain make-up were all carefully selected for the visual impact. They were trying to make her look trustworthy and vulnerable. I think the coaching and “Witness Preparation” were a little too heavy handed and it showed. The only other option is that they didn’t manage her answers and appearance at all and I don’t believe that happened. The whole look was carefully choreographed but it did quite work as they wanted it too.

I do think that the Democrat team overplayed their hand with the visuals. Ms. Ford came across as slightly weird rather than relatable and a large part of that was the physical appearance and the voice.

And that’s not limited to visuals. We were in the car when her testimony began and listened on the radio. The audio also was overplayed. We were laughing so hard after her first couple of sentences. It sounded like SNL audio, and not credible in any way.
