I think there is much more to this.
First of all, notice how they mentioned election tampering, Westinghouse/nukes, and the poisoning thing, then zoomed right past that and focused on the athletic doping? So for one thing I think there is a lot of meat in the other 3 burgers.
Second, they focused on the 7 Russians. Do you think that just 7 guys were responsible for this all by themselves? Might there have been involvement by others? Possibly others in the US? Possibly famous people in the US? Just speculating on this. I have no knowledge about whether others could have been involved or who they might be. But I think it’s VERY likely that others were involved - famous or not.
Third, while everyone is watching this press conference, do you suppose that other things might be happening? Perhaps the press conference is a deliberate distraction.

And yes, I also wish that the presser would have been a big announcement of arrests at high levels. But I continue to see progress. So I maintain my patient attitude at LEAST until after the election and probably until after Jan 1 when the EO kicks in.

Looks like Q never said anything about a presser. So, last time the DoJ did this stunt was co-incidental with the President meeting with President Putin in Reykjavik (spelled right first try!). Now they do it again - what are they distracting from - Q DID have something to say about that:
