Hi Bags, Sorry to be the bearer of GrammarNationalSocialism, and all, but it's "rein" not "reign" in this context: as in "rein in a horse" (yank on the bridle to control him) not "reign in" as in "if President Trump *were* the God Emperor, he and Melania would reign in splendor."
