I am trained in body language and deception detection certified. I haven’t seen this so I dont know what they say but
I analyzed Ford the other day and several deception elements were present. Especially towards the end you can really see it because it’s hard to maintain fake body language that long. She got tired of it and the real side of her started showing.
She’s very conniving. Many dead give aways MOSTLY her fake mousey voice and minimizing herself to seem like a little kid or damsel in distress... prissy like...that was by design... because she was in a room full of men for one. Also to set her apart from the mean mean man testifying after her.
If this analysis doesn’t mention that then they’re a farce.
I cant now but I’ll watch it later.
Bravo DrewsMum,
You came to the same conclusions as the specialist analyzing this video!
Makes it all even more interesting...
Im not certified but am a decent poker and Texas Holdem player. Have gone up against pros. Usually get my butt kicked, but on occasion win. That means I know how to control my body language and read others body language (including facial expressions).
She has so many bluff aka lying tells its ridiculous. Judge Kavenaugh also has a lot of tells - but the other way. He wasnt bluffing aka lying. To be blunt, he couldnt bluff even a skilled amateur.
Frankly, neither one should play poker or Holdem. The difference: her tells showed lying, his tells showed truth.
By the way the analysis at the linked video does discuss the issues you raised. Extensively. Good call.
Can you opine as to why a person would start tucking their hands in the waistband of their pants at random intervals? Not in their pockets, just their waistband. Mostly in the front. Unconcious of doing so until it’s pointed out. Not sexual; no touching of anything, pretty much just the fingers tucked into the waistband.
I’ve looked up this behavior numerous times and can’t get any knee jerk type opinion on it so I guess it’s unusual (I actually only know two people who do this and they are related). I am very curious as to why this behavior developed.
