Kavanaugh Yale classmate Chris Dudley: We drank in college. I was with Brett frequently in college, whether it be in the gym, in class or socializing. I never ever saw Brett blackout. Not one time..I have never seen him to be disrespectful or inappropriate with women.

This morning on facebook someone who is very close to me through marriage stated this: "I don't know if Ford is telling the truth or if Kavanaugh is. I don't get to decide." Then she went on to say (paraphrase) In her OPINION after watching Kavanaugh's testimony for 45 min. it is her OPINION that Kavanaugh should NEVER be on the Supreme Court because of his EMOTIONS If that had been a woman they would accuse her of pmsing.
It saddened me greatly that this is the reason she gave for not wanting him on the bench. I told her I deal in facts as OPINIONS can be so wrong. I asked her if she could find me a case where in the 12 years on the Federal Bench where his EMOTIONS took over. She said she could not but she watched him for 45 min. and no one that showed that kind of emotion should be on the SC. No matter what I said it didn't change her mind. :-(
