Saw a partial clip of Lisa Murkowski speaking on the Senate floor earlier this evening.
She made no sense at all, and sounded like a woman facing a very bad fate.
She had no conviction about what she was saying.
I was dumbfounded.
She looked and sounded terrified.

Murkowski just off the Senate flr, describing her decision w/Daines to “pair” their votes on Kavanaugh, essentially offsetting one another. Kavanaugh vote will be 50-48 with 1 “present” (Murkowski) & 1 absence (Daines).
