I don’t see it as RED cross. There is no space before the first R yet there is one before the D.
I see it more as Red October between Republicans & Democrats.

Thank you for posting the details re “RED.” For some reason, when I checked qmap.pub right now, the change has not been made, the letter D is still off center. But your posts shows it changed? Odd.

The "R" on the top line is now over the "R" in the middle line. Rod Rosenstein? Can't think what "ED" (the "E" on the second line over the "D" on the third line) would mean, though.

Thanks for the info that R has been adjusted on Q 2299. Now I don’t know what to make of it. I get the possible RR to ED thing. But then there is a D sitting out there. Interesting.
