I only listened to a bit of the testimony from the Ford/CIA chick. What little I heard and read about this nomination reminds me of the Justice Thomas hearings.
At the time, I worked for a bank and visited the investment banking floor where the TVs that usually had CNN/Wallstreet info on was of course covering the Anita Hill testimony.
The ladies listening were flat out laughing and ridiculing Hill-all agreed that she was lucky that she didn’t have a job in the real world where way worse stuff went on.
Of course, I believe that the SCOTUS is the most important branch for the radicals. For years, they have relied on the ever more liberal courts to achieve what they couldn’t ever achieve at the ballot box or through Congressional Action.
In addition, Kavanaugh is OK with Military Tribunals even for citizens. While I agree with the scenario laid out for these traitors, I have to confess a small uneasiness, because it could be a slippery slope. Hopefully all the State of Emergency will be over with after the traitors are dealt with, and the country can get back to constitutional jurisprudence.
At any rate, it’s not just Roe v Wade that’s on the line. No wonder they are so desperate. I am sick of these Marxists propagandists masquerading as compassionate people who give a damn - they don’t and they are the opposite of compassionate.
What’s discouraging is that after all these years, we can still be forced to deal with leftist liars. Waiting for Trump’s spine to be transplanted into more Republicans so that leftists see consequences to bad actions.
Military Tribunal is completely constitutional. It’s just that the perps won’t be able to count on their friendly crooked progressive judge in the courthouse.
