Ransom has given us the most marvelous place and family in these Q threads. Not much interest in other places these days. This is a big enough, and rambunctious enough, family to be entertaining, informative and lovable.

Snappy comments Freepers - they think their witty comment is so good it must be posted (at the expense of damaging an interesting thread). Twitter has been a bad influence.

In the old days of FR, such snappy comments were held in contempt because each reply was supposed to add or explain the serious conversation. Those were the days . . .
