That had to do with the offer from congress to come to her and who/was she advised of the offer. Her counsel felt that intruded on client/counsel confidentiality I guess. He’s done that a few times and in every case she ended up answering it to some degree anyway. I think he’s just trying to eat up time.
Was happy to see Grassley pause the clock a couple times when they were delaying.
Not sure why they are breaking for 30 minutes for lunch - not enough time to get anywhere to eat or even scarf down a sandwich really...besides ain’t no one likely eating...mainly discussions and coaching will go on
seemed to me the point in time they were speaking of was supposedly before the point when she got her attorney.
Mitchell is methodical - it doesn’t work well in this format. When I’ve seen this done before, in other hearings, they give the questioner a block of time; but that’s not happening here because DEMs don’t have.
In any event, there is method here - and is exposing lies
1) the stereo was on loud during the incident so her voice couldn’t be heard but she could hear anything / everything
2) she didn’t walk home (16 miles) after all but can’t remember who drove her and nobody has since come forth to remind her
3) her home has a second front door for the Google interns they rent the space to.
4) She’s traveled by plane numerous + frequent times, as recently as weeks ago
5) The polygraph test - consisting of two questions was grueling! all she can remember was that “it was all over me”, the exact same wording as her allegations about the boys.
