Grassley used an obscure rule to shut the DEMs down after the vote yesterday that left DiChi saying, “WHAT?”
The libs are furious DiChi didn’t keep things bottled up in the committee and Grassley is saying, “hey they’re the obstructionists, not me, blame Schumer for the rules we’re operating under”
