Does Splash 1-X refer to another missile fired at AF1?

Here's my preliminary partial decode and a theory.

That's my initial feeling. Q has used "splash" before like that.

The photo is an "original" one (most likely/not a planefag), which indicates that a member of the Q team or one of its agents is on the plane. It is not necessarily Air Force One. The title of the jpeg being "Alert BAHW" made somebody comment to me "British Airways".

I'm thinking civilian aircraft. Why would a Q agent be on a civilian aircraft taking pictures? And what if it IS a British Airways plane?

And why would somebody be shooting missiles at a British civilian flight? Why would a British civilian flight have a HIGH level of air guard (AIRG) patrolling and guarding the flight?

The next line baffles me (Check_in-Z?) but I think [des_TFC] stands for "destination TFC". I think if we could figure out what TFC is (terminal, country, city, etc) it would be helpful to understanding the entire post. Oh, and the "381" is a further puzzlement.
