Webb knows Swetnik, says that these crazy rape-train parties happened, and that the Deep State has video -- to be revealed only when Kavanaugh has been seated, so as to lead to the impeachment of Trump. Or something like that.

It would be natural for W to support someone who worked for him, but should we be suspicious of Kavanaugh because he worked for George W. Bush?
