We don't know what percentage of the sealed indictments are actually search warrants, indictments or other etc. Since POTUS's administration has already led to the arrest of far more pedophiles (and pedo rings) than prior administrations, some of these indictments are probably related to those arrests. We just know this number is well above normal.

Q has mentioned the indictments a few times. Here's the most recent mention wherein Q points to the fact that the number of sealed indictments is not normal - Q does so to let people know that the swamp IS being drained.

POTUS does such a good job of maintaining stability (social order, stock market etc.) that sometimes it helps to point to markers (like resignations, sealed indictments, firings etc.) to remind people that tremendous change is happening and there's more to come.
