Not what he wrote on twitter. Even then he said it was his speculation.

Personally I think is pretty much the opposite of what he wrote. I do not think you will care about 99% in those sealed indictments.....you will not know them and they are spread out all over the US. The ones you do care about are probably the ones that get dealt deals and accidents. But the is my speculation.
