Prediction: Future Supreme Court nominees will have minimal Senate hearings.

The Kavanaugh hearings are a mockery of a show trial. This type of hearing serves no legitimate purpose and makes future qualified candidates LESS likely to accept nominations. It is counterproductive in a big way. As Rush stated today, hearings are not required, and historically, affidavits were sufficient instead of hearings. Trump may have to fill two to four more vacancies, and he will seek to avoid the current farce.

They can start CW2, we’ll end it. Who do they think has all the guns? Idiots.

They'll claim that they own the military, which is unassailable and would annihilate conservative combatants.

Who do they think most military members identify with?

As with everything else they do, they don’t think it through. And then they are shocked at the unintended consequences. One’s that we predict immediately.
