Stormy Daniels’ lawyer Michael Avenatti claims he is now representing a woman with “credible information regarding Judge Kavanaugh and Mark Judge.”
The reveal came Sunday just minutes before the New Yorker popped a story outlining sexual misconduct allegations against Kavanaugh made by a former college classmate.
Avenatti says the alleged victim, Deborah Ramirez, is not his client.
“We will be demanding the opportunity to present testimony to the committee and will likewise be demanding that Judge and others be subpoenaed to testify,” he tweeted Sunday night. “The nomination must be withdrawn.”
No other details were offered about Avenatti’s client, but he is scheduled to speak with CNN’s Chris Cuomo on Monday to discuss what they know.
Mike Davis, chief counsel of nominations at the Senate Judiciary Committee, reached out to Avenatti after he posted his tweets and asked him to “please advise of this information immediately so that Senate investigators may promptly begin an inquiry.”
In response, Avenatti sent an email back saying: “We are aware of significant evidence of multiple house parties in the Washington, D.C. area during the early 1980s, during which Brett Kavanaugh, Mark Judge and others would participate in the targeting of women with alcohol/drugs to allow a ‘train’ of men to subsequently gang rape them.”

If the leadership of the party were smart, they would put a stop to these groundless, uncorroborated accusations.

If Avenatti wrote that e-mail, specifically accusing Kavanaugh of rape and submitted it to a Federal official, then Kavanaugh can sue him for slander. Hopefully when he becomes a Supreme Court Justice, he continues to exercise his personal legal rights and brings suits against all that slandered him.

Yeah that sounds,plausible. Here in Michigan we have a Rat trial lawyer named Jef Feigeer who Chris Mathews once called the most obnoxious man in America. Feiger will have relinquish the title.

Having seen what passes for “credible” to the left when attacking a Republican...I’m inclined to simply laugh/snort once and tell he to go pound sand.
Credible information that couldn’t be given to the committee from July 9 when the President nominated Judge Kavanaugh until now because, what, it was a time-locked safe that only opens in late September?
Fox and Friends were reporting a bit ago she didn’t remember it was Kavanaugh six days ago. Yeah, that’s credible. Not.
Where, oh where are the contemporaneous police reports, positive rape kits, etc.??? This kind of a prostitution and rape conspiracy would not go undetected. Also, what about Kavanaugh’s parents, both judges, who would have had to learn of such conduct. When I was a teen there’s no way I could have done anything like this without my parents knowing about it and stopping me.
I think the latest two crazy stories can help to discredit Ford. We need a strong statement of outrage from Kavenaugh on Thursday or sooner.
Avenatti loves talking about vile sexual perversions like gang rape. Knowing the type of pervert law practice he’s built, I am sure he has participated in multiple gang rapes.
