Not a military SNAFU. After a WH meeting with BJ Clinton, Arafat had traveled to NYC that afternoon to speak to the UN the next day.
There are real dots that can be connected but also assumptions are used for unseen dots.
Logical? Yes.
Provable? No.

I don't get the connection. A brief perusal of my files and a web 'search' yielded no mention of Arafat with the TWA 800 crash.
There was a passenger on board TWA 800 that Cashill seems to have missed... this on FR from Dec 21, 1997

Finally we know the person on TWA Flight 800 whose presence made it necessary for the flight to have an "accident".

I don't know if this theory has that much credibility either, but I did note that Cashill said that there were no suspicious passengers. Ferrat was involved with SOFINSA a Swiss-based finance firm. FR did some talk about the actuarial possibilities of someone escaping one fatal plane crash {Ron Brown's in Croatia} to be involved in another fatal plane crash a few months later. The results were inconclusive, but judged to be astronomically high.
