I'm no lawyer, but it seems to be that suing for defamation when you are a sitting U.S. Supreme Court justice must be legally impossible.

I am a lawyer and it's perfectly possible.

Right. I mean — of course it’s possible under the law. But for all practical purposes, how would that work out? Has any such thing ever happened in the history of this country?

From what I read, in MD there is no statute of limitations for felony sexual assault.

What exactly is felony sexual assault?

It’s not beyond the Rats to file a charge against Kavanaugh in the state of MD, claiming felony sexual assault.
