In light of the most recent Grassley extension, is the 10:00AM Monday Executive Business Meeting still on the calendar?
It is - everything remains as I last posted; the hearing postponed and executive session scheduled for Monday at 10:00 AM EST
There are reports that Ford has now been given until high noon tomorrow to respond but I’ve not seen anything further on the official site.
The Grassley tweets still look funny to me. Everybody jumped on it and DCCaller + others quickly published articles referencing “Grassley” tweets.
The tweet from WP reporter refers to an official statement but that is the only thing I’ve seen since the hearing postponement and executive meeting scheduled.

POSTPONEMENT NOTICE OF COMMITTEE HEARING CONTINUATION
The Senate Committee on the Judiciary hearing on the nomination of the Honorable Brett M. Kavanaugh to be an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States scheduled to continue Monday, September 24, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in Room 216 of the Hart Senate Office Building has been postponed.
