There are reports that Ford has now been given until high noon tomorrow to respond but I’ve not seen anything further on the official site.
The Grassley tweets still look funny to me. Everybody jumped on it and DCCaller + others quickly published articles referencing “Grassley” tweets.
The tweet from WP reporter refers to an official statement but that is the only thing I’ve seen since the hearing postponement and executive meeting scheduled.
Grassley has checkmate.
It’s a 42 hour drive from Palo Alto to DC. With sleep and meal breaks there is no way for Ford to show by Wednesday, 10am if she’s not already driving.
