Has anyone posted the ledger for the $18M paid out from Congress as hush money for various harassment settlements? Name of Congress-Creep, recipient, amount, date of payment in relationship to re-election?
Now would be a good time to accelerate the retirement of Democrat Senators (and Congressmen, too). The Republican retiree count got well ahead of the Democrat count. It’s time to even the balance — and then some.
IIRC, someone has. But I don’t know what to suggest to find it.
I am not aware of it, but I wonder whether the amounts paid out should be considered as a taxable benefit to the Senators, and if so, whether any has paid tax on the payouts on their behalf?
