SteveW, it occurred to me that since we are getting close to Oct date that HRC will be arrested (2017 could have been possible misinformation date) could this Supreme Court circus be the cover that is needed to bus in the 400,000 protestors to D.C. for the massive riots.

Q at some point did same time tables had changed didn’t he?

When Mitt Romney was wrongly accused by Sen Reid that Mitt had not paid any taxes in the last ten years, after Romney lost and Reid was confronted with the lie, Reid's comment was, "Well he didn't win, did he?", hinting that the false story stuck for the purposes of attacking Romney.

We have a similar thing here. If Kavanaugh is bounced, then he is exonerated, the left will say, "He never became a Justice, did he?".
