Seems like Mulehead is being thwarted vis-à-vis Flynn. He continues to react in frustration.
The plea provides the means for + by which GenFlynn can testify to the crimes of DS & for the delays in sentencing until the Mule gets it “right” - as to what the meaning of “right” is ... I say again, are RR + the Mule leading the sting or its first targets - as they’re the keepers of the keys to the kingdom i.e. the Flynn plea, that’s one of the best indicators they’re playing for the good guy team.
