Last night bagster predicts pardon within a minute of sentencing - maybe not that fast, but something like that.

I think he's already convicted and is now going through pre-sentencing probationary review pending sentencing now put off until December.
At least that's my understanding. But I'm often wrong.

I think Flynn's guilty plea was a diversion. He plead in December...we're coming up on a year since he made that plea and still no sentencing. My money is on the guilty plea being eventually rescinded and charges dropped.

A pardon leaves the conviction in place and that would be a shame. Those charges need to be overturned. The agents have already admitted they didn’t think he lied.
