Mueller could get Flynn recommended for prosecution and “in the end it will be all right”, if he gets convicted, after which Trump grants Flynn a full presidential pardon.

I think he's already convicted and is now going through pre-sentencing probationary review pending sentencing now put off until December.

At least that's my understanding. But I'm often wrong.

I’m guessing the conviction will be voided by release of altered 302s.
