Sorry, but I still can not get my head around Mueller and Rosenstein being so stupid to really be part of the conspiracy when they could be part of a sting....which means they are supposed to be perceived as part of the conspiracy still, otherwise it does not work. If I am wrong, then these two are the stupidest people in DC for not saving themselves and going down with the rats.

Thank you for reminding me, early on, when the Mule team DEM credentials were revealed, it struck me - what is wrong with this picture? Any "reasonable prosecutor" (credit Comey lol) would never allow such a perception - UNLESS - the target was HRC and you wanted to eliminate any claim of bias. If you're a "reasonable prosecutor" and these claims of bias then arise - against POTUS - on Hannity, etc. - then you'd think "oops, I probably should have at least one Republican" - but, no, they hire more "angry dems", from 13 to *17*. Then when the broader sting started becoming clear, the potential peril for the Mule becomes apparent - filing bogus cases involving recused Judge(s) is the kinda thing that possibly ends with his law license in the dumpster or worse ... prompting me to ask (cough Golden Eagle cough) - is the Mule (and RR) really that stupid? We're told, "these people are stupid" - MAXINE STUPID - and they are ... if we're to believe the skeptics, then the Mule and RR are even more stupid (and compromised) than could even possibly be contemplated. I've awaken even more certain this morning, things are (still) not as they appear. I've always thought Flynn's involvement suggests classic counter-intel op and this is the greatest sting in the history of the earth. The ultimate reveal - whether RR & the Mule are leading the sting or its first targets - is quickly approaching and will be amazing, regardless. There are only a small percentage of people even considering the possibility that RR & the Mule might have turned the tables. Either way, above and around that level, Patriots in control :) PREDICTION: Mucho popcorn & memes ahead!

[snip]

"So you won't say to this committee whether or not you even read the document you signed that authorized spying
on people associated with the Trump campaign?" Gaetz asked.

Rosenstein said he did not agree with Gaetz's characterization of what the warrant application was about.

Rosenstein replied that he had not been briefed on it by any FBI officials, and then explained to Gaetz that he had been briefed
on the application by a team of career DOJ attorneys.

"I can tell you, sir, that the information that's public about [the warrant] doesn't match with my
understanding of the one that I signed," Rosenstein said. "But I think it's appropriate to let the
inspector general complete that investigation ... if the inspector general finds that I did something
wrong, then I'll respect that judgment. But I think it's highly, highly unlikely, sir, given the way the process works."

This has always been circling in the back of my mind with [RR]. He had to know by mid 2017 that the FISA warrant was going to be an issue and he had to know the phony dossier was being pushed as the primary source. Why would he implicate himself as a co-conspirator and renew a warrant based on the phony dossier. There has to be more there, there and his statement that what he saw did not gee and haw with what's been made public makes me think that the "insurance policy" must be something besides the phony dossier, something that convinced [RR] to renew the FISA warrant.

[RR] said twice in his testimony that he didn't think the warrant was being properly characterized. (see above)

Still don't know if what color his hat is but by mid 2017 if he's still signing off on a FISA warrant to spy on Trump for the 3rd or 4th time that is primarily based on the phony dossier then he must be really, really dumb or he's telling the truth that the warrant is not what we think it is. If the warrant is not "to spy on people associated with the Trump campaign" then what is it?
