Hey! I remember when that cloak was fashionable. The side slits so you could get to a pocket or somesuch. I’m thinking opera cape, but not remembering the style name. That’s actually a lovely picture of an unlovely person.
I’ve always wanted to sport a cloak or a cape. . . wonder why THAT fashion has not come back, everything else does. And tails, I always wanted to wear tails. Like Groucho Marx.
