We must consider that if arrests were made (6K+!), then the indictments have been executed (opened). All charges resulting from that would, likewise, not be “sealed”.

Jack Black used to claim it was a cumulative number and therefore meaningless. I say it’s a cumulative number and highly meaningful - i.e. I don’t think the number goes down as they unseal them.
